These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 711cuci ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 711cuci website at 711cuci.vu and all associated services, games, software, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including any documents or policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

711cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.

The following eligibility requirements apply to all persons seeking to register or use the 711cuci Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 711cuci strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This restriction is enforced through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your place of residence.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 711cuci Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or other credentials — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and update this information as necessary to ensure its continued accuracy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 711cuci will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify 711cuci immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

711cuci reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on the 711cuci Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Accepted payment methods include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. 711cuci targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
• KYC Verification: First-time withdrawals, and any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds, require successful completion of identity verification. Required documents may include a copy of a valid national identification card (MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Currency: 711cuci does not support cryptocurrency transactions. All transactions are processed in RM through approved Malaysian payment channels.
• Fraud Prevention: 711cuci reserves the right to hold, delay, or void any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, money-laundering-related, or otherwise in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

Members are prohibited from depositing funds on behalf of another person. Third-party payment transactions will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

711cuci offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered members from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is made. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples, eligible game contributions, and time limits are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus credits and free spins are awarded for use on the 711cuci Platform only and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• 711cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of bonus terms, the decision of 711cuci shall be final and binding.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus conditions — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account termination.

All bets placed on the 711cuci Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any game-specific or event-specific rules displayed within the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 711cuci does not accept requests to void, cancel, or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious error has occurred (e.g., manifest pricing error).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 711cuci reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member accounts.
• 711cuci reserves the right to limit, restrict, or void bets placed in connection with irregular betting patterns, suspected match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. Applicable limits are displayed within each game or market.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 711cuci Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Creating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Use of software, bots, artificial intelligence, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner not available to regular human users.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or game engines.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Members who discover any error or vulnerability are required to report it to 711cuci support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.

711cuci is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform operates strictly as a 21+ only service and enforces this restriction through mandatory age and identity verification.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 711cuci members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout after the limit is reached.

711cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Request by the account holder to close the account.

In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, 711cuci reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure results from non-breach circumstances (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a dormancy administration fee as disclosed in the cashier section of the Platform. 711cuci will provide reasonable advance notice before any dormancy fee is applied.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 711cuci Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, games, graphics, text, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to 711cuci. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused, re-posted, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 711cuci.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense any rights, scrape or mirror any Platform content, or use any data mining or similar data extraction tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 711cuci, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss;
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from software malfunctions beyond 711cuci's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 711cuci's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. 711cuci's aggregate liability to any member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 711cuci makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

711cuci collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

711cuci implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect member data in transit and at rest. Member data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

711cuci reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 711cuci will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 711cuci is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to the existence, validity, breach, or termination thereof — shall first be submitted to 711cuci's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat or by email to [email protected].

711cuci aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a final response within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, the matter may be escalated to the applicable regulatory body or independent adjudication service as specified by the licensing authority.

You agree that any claim against 711cuci must be brought individually and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
